Wireless Charging Converter module

The PDC27S18 converter supports wireless charging for a single device. The converter has wide compatibility and provides 5 W to 10 W charging power for Qcfi wireless powered devices. The converter supports overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage protection
(UVP), overtemperature protection (OTP), and foreign object detection (FOD), ensuring safety. It features high power and low noise and can be widely used as an embedded converter in quasi-terminal consumer devices such as desk lamps and desks. The input voltage of the
PDC40S18 ranges from 5 V DC to 24 V DC. When the input voltage reaches a value between 12 V DC and 24 V DC, the converter can provide a maximum of 27W output power.

To maximize the converter performance, the application scenario and system design must meet the following requirements:
● There is no metal or magnetic materials within the 87 mm diameter from the coil center in the horizontal direction, and the enclosure surface does not contain any metal component.
● The DC voltage for power supply ranges from 12 V DC to 24 V DC, and the voltage ripple is lower than or equal to 200 mV.
● The setup time for the DC input to rise from 0 V to the rated voltage is less than or equal to 200 ms.
● The upstream power adapter works with a cement resistor and carries 65 W power. A margin of 6 dB is reserved for the EMC test.
