Adopting the intelligent online mode, the efficiency of the entire chain can reach 97.8%, much higher than the traditional power supply efficiency of 94.5%, reducing energy consumption by 60%. Adopting prefabricated corridor bridge type busbar, the core components are prefabricated and pre-commissioned in the factory, shortening the delivery time from 2 months to 2 weeks. Meanwhile, with iPower, passive maintenance is changed to predictive maintenance, which truly creates a preferred solution for power supply and distribution of large data centers that saves land, power, time and effort.
Huawei’s indirect evaporative cooling EHU solution maximizes the use of natural cooling sources, saving water and electricity by up to 60% compared to chilled water systems. Adopting an all-in-one architecture, it realizes one system in one box through the integration of cooling and power, and HVAC, and is pre-integrated and pre-installed in the factory, shortening the delivery cycle by 50%. Relying on iCooling energy-efficiency tuning technology, it diagnoses energy consumption in real time, and infers and sends down the best cooling strategy, effectively reducing CLF by 10%, realizing extreme energy saving and minimal operation and maintenance, and becoming the preferred solution for cooling large data centers.
A large-scale data center in Ireland, Europe, uses Huawei’s indirect evaporative cooling solution to achieve year-round natural cooling with a PUE as low as 1.15, saving more than 14 million kWh of electricity annually and saving more than 50% of the delivery cycle.
